WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
A Certificate of Compliance with Planning and Building Regulations is required for all new build work, extensions and additions to an existing property to ensure all works have been carried out in accordance with the Planning and Building Regulations of Ireland. One of our expert Engineers will complete the Certificate of Compliance with the Planning and Building Regulations to certify that your build is compliant once the works have been completed.
If you do not have a Certificate of Compliance with the Building and Planning Regulations for renovations/extensions/conversions to your property, we will provide the Opinion on Compliance with the Planning and Building Regulations based on a visual inspection of the works.
